Returns
- We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged / expired / incorrect product: If the delivered product is damaged, expired, or incorrect, return is allowed with mandatory video proof recorded while opening the package.
- 3-day return window: For damaged items, the return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Product condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Kindly review your details carefully before placing the order, as cancellations are not allowed after the order is placed.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- If your refund is delayed or missing, please contact your bank or payment provider first, and then reach out to us if needed.
- Please note:
- Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind purchases.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
