Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
If your refund is delayed or missing, please contact your bank or payment provider first, and then reach out to us if needed.
Please note:
Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind purchases.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
